Board of Directors

The bodies of administration of the Society are:

1. the General Assembly of the Members
2. the 7 people Administrative Board and
3. the Prudential Committee.

General Assembly of the Members

The General Assembly of the Members is the sovereign body and decides for: a) the approval of the proceedings of Administrative Board as well as for the approval of financial statements and budgets, b) the modification of Constitution, c) the registration of new Members or deregistration of existing Members of the Society d) every matter that does not raise in the competence of other bodies of administration as well as for any other subject that is placed to discussion by the Administrative Board or the 1/3 of Society’s Members and e) elects the Members of Administrative Board, the Prudential Committee and the replacement Members of these bodies.

The decisions of the General Assembly are taken by majority of the present Members at the moment of elections.

 

Administrative Board

The Society is guided by a 7-member administrative board which is elected every two years by the regular Members of the General Assembly via secret voting and at absolute majority.

Prudential Committee

The Prudential Committee consists of three members, is elected by the General Assembly, checks the financial management of the Society and submits to the General Assembly a report inside within a period of three months from the expiry of economic year.
